Okinawa Fine Foods Tasting Party, organized by Okinawa Meat Trade Council, shall be took place on 8th January 2014 at Nikko Hotel Hong Kong, providing an opportunity for more people in Hong Kong to try and enjoy the selected premium food and beverage from Okinawa.  In the event, different food products from Okinawa including fresh seafood, naturally raised poultry, safe and healthy vegetables, special drinks and snacks will be introduced.  The executive chef of Hotel Nikko will design special menus for these premium food items to present them in the event for participants’ degustation.
